Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program Offers Professional Development Program In Germany

October 10, 2013 by Cornelia Leave a Comment

Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program

The Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program is currently looking for fifteen individuals wanting to spend some time in Germany to complete a specialized professional development program.  Since 1984, this program has had the “goal of fostering a community of American leaders who have firsthand experience in the political, economic and cultural environment of Germany and the European Union.”

Chosen participants will work in some of the top private and public institutions in Germany as consultants in the fields of business administration, journalism, law, cultural management, public policy, urban planning, or non-profits.  Bosch Fellows are fully trained before heading to Germany and undergo 5 months of German language lessons in the US and then continued group classes while in Germany.

If you’ve been looking to step things up in your professional career, and you have experience on one of the previously mentioned fields, the foundation is accepting applications until November 1.  In order to participate, you must be a US citizen 40 years of age or younger, and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field of choice.

One of the advantages of this program is that not only will you be working with top companies and leaders, but most expenses are fully covered.  Monthly stipends are granted to cover living costs, and travel accommodations are paid for.  If this type of program is something you’ve been looking for, you can’t pass up a deal like this.  Head on over to the program site to see all of the details and for the link to the application.
